We help college students get internships that advance their career prospects.
Our services
We offer a program of strategic planning, skills development and interview preparation that begins as early as high school and continues as needed through college.
Planning
What classes should you take? What activities should you pursue? What experience do you need on your resume, and when? We’ll help answer these questions based on your desired career path.
Presenting Yourself
Is your resume good enough? How about your online presence? Do you understand the value of a cover letter? We’ll help you learn to present your candidacy effectively to potential employers.
Searching
When should you search, where should you look, and how can you best leverage your network? We’ll help you organize your search efforts for maximum effectiveness.
Interviewing
How are you unique? Why are you qualified? Where will you add value? We'll prepare you to answer open-ended behavioral interview questions with stories that win over hiring managers.

FAQs
What if I already graduated from college?
It’s never too early or too late to develop critical interviewing skills that will last a lifetime, but we specialize in early career development. If you’re a recent graduate or pursuing an advanced degree we may be able to help. Schedule a free consultation so we can discuss your specific situation.
Do you offer discounts for low-income families?
Yes! Our goal is to help as many students as possible, and we realize cost can be a barrier for some. We welcome the opportunity to work with high-achieving students from all backgrounds. If cost is a concern, please schedule a free consultation with us anyway and we may be able to help lessen this barrier.
How long will this take?
Our Skills Development program is designed to take place alongside the busy life of college. It typically lasts 2-4 months and can take longer based on student availability.
